These are the terms and conditions for usage of the website, SAM Investments, and the related services offered by SAM Investments (‘Related Services’ hereafter means Mutual Funds distribution, Tax Planning, ITR Filing facilitation, and Insurance assistance communicated via Email, Messenger, Telephone, SMS, or any other electronic medium).
2. Nature of Services & Distributor Status
SAM Investments is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-103065 / ARN-361161) and acts solely in the capacity of an intermediary / distributor. We distribute Regular Plans of Mutual Funds schemes managed by registered Asset Management Companies (AMCs).
The information and tools published on this website are intended solely for general awareness and informational purposes and do not constitute personal investment, legal, or tax advice. Investors are advised to consult their qualified tax or financial advisor before making any financial commitments.
3. Mutual Fund Risk Factors
Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) carefully before investing.
Mutual Fund schemes do not assure or guarantee any returns. Past performance of any scheme or asset manager is not indicative of future performance. There is no assurance or guarantee that the investment objective of any suggested scheme will be achieved.
All existing and prospective investors are advised to review and evaluate the Exit Loads, Total Expense Ratio (TER), riskometer ratings, and other cost structures applicable at the time of investment.
4. Regular vs. Direct Plans & Commission Disclosure
We deal exclusively in Regular Plans of Mutual Fund schemes and receive trailing commissions from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for distributor and intermediation services provided to clients.
Direct Plans of all Mutual Fund schemes with lower expense ratios are available to investors directly through respective AMCs or designated platforms. As an intermediary, SAM Investments does not earn commissions on Direct Plans and does not facilitate Direct Plans.
5. Accuracy of Data & Third-Party Links
While SAM Investments takes utmost care to keep information, calculators, and scheme facts updated, we do not warrant the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of external data feeds, NAV calculations, or return figures.
This website may contain links to third-party web portals, including AMC websites, SEBI, AMFI, and online investment platforms (e.g. MyPlanner, Wealthsys). SAM Investments does not control and is not liable for content hosted on third-party domains.
